All content we provide (including the SIMPLE Framework, course materials, podcast episodes, articles, graphics, and written content) is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, resell, or distribute our content without our written permission. When you purchase a course or program, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the materials for your own use only.

4. Purchases, Payments, and Subscriptions

  • Prices for paid Services are listed at the point of purchase. Payments are processed securely through a third-party payment processor.
  • Some offerings, such as memberships and Boss Life Collective, are billed on a recurring basis (for example, monthly). By purchasing a subscription, you authorize us to charge the applicable fee each billing cycle until you cancel.
  • You are responsible for keeping your payment information current.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Subscriptions: You may cancel a recurring subscription at any time; cancellation stops future billing. Cancellation does not refund amounts already charged for the current billing period unless stated otherwise.
  • Courses and digital products: Because of the nature of digital content, sales are generally final. Any specific refund or guarantee terms will be stated on the offer's sales page and will govern that purchase.

6. Community Conduct

If you join our community, you agree to treat others with respect. You may not harass, threaten, spam, post unlawful content, or disrupt the community. We may remove content or suspend or remove members who violate these Terms, at our discretion.
